‘Chicken Saute’ in Turkish style is as famous as Thai Chicken Saute. However, foodies who don’t like the sweetish hint in Thai Chicken Saute, are going to love the Mediterranean style of chicken saute with a distinct Turkish hue. Also, in contrast, Turkish chicken saute is quite juicy as water is added in the final step.
Easy to prepare, the saute uses readily available ingredients to evolve the taste of otherwise dull Chicken breasts. On the health side, it has all the pluses: low fat, high protein and high energy. This particular recipe is from traditional Turkey cuisine, handed down from the Ottoman dynasty era, which, no doubt, has changed a lot on its way down.
