Garlic Broccoli Stir-fry

Broccoli may have an eye-soothing colour, but the taste is usually bland. Kids and teens hardly like it. There has been quite a lot of experiments in people’s kitchenettes to make it taste better. One of the few experiments resulted in this tasty dish- Stir-fried garlic broccoli. It’s a quick recipe, doesn’t require many ingredients and is tasty too!

Garlic Broccoli Stir-fry Ingredients:

  1. Broccoli- 2, cut into small pieces 
  2. Garlic, finely chopped, 8 cloves
  3. Soya Sauce- 1 tbsp
  4. Salt To taste.
  5. White Oil- 2 tbsp

Garlic Broccoli Stir-fry: Cooking Procedure

  1. Boil some water in a pan.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of white oil in it.
  3. Add the cleaned broccoli pieces in it
  4. Stir frequently for one minute.
  5. Remove the pan from the burner. Drain the water from the broccoli pieces 
  6. Heat another pan with white oil
  7. Add chopped garlic and stir for a few minutes.
  8. Add Broccoli pieces into the oil and stir them for a light fry
  9. Then add salt and soya sauce to the vegetable, mix well and fry for a few minutes 
  10. And now it’s ready to Serve
