Broccoli may have an eye-soothing colour, but the taste is usually bland. Kids and teens hardly like it. There has been quite a lot of experiments in people’s kitchenettes to make it taste better. One of the few experiments resulted in this tasty dish- Stir-fried garlic broccoli. It’s a quick recipe, doesn’t require many ingredients and is tasty too!
Garlic Broccoli Stir-fry Ingredients:
- Broccoli- 2, cut into small pieces
- Garlic, finely chopped, 8 cloves
- Soya Sauce- 1 tbsp
- Salt To taste.
- White Oil- 2 tbsp
Garlic Broccoli Stir-fry: Cooking Procedure
- Boil some water in a pan.
- Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of white oil in it.
- Add the cleaned broccoli pieces in it
- Stir frequently for one minute.
- Remove the pan from the burner. Drain the water from the broccoli pieces
- Heat another pan with white oil
- Add chopped garlic and stir for a few minutes.
- Add Broccoli pieces into the oil and stir them for a light fry
- Then add salt and soya sauce to the vegetable, mix well and fry for a few minutes
- And now it’s ready to Serve
